Nanodistilling

We are a real licensed farm distillery in upstate New York, and we operate our distillery much like a research laboratory! All of our distillation units are GLASS, and we have one-of-a-kind fabricated and rare apparatuses we would like to share with you! We operate TTB-licensed stills from the 1L scale up to 100L, and we’d like to inspire you with distillation designs beyond the trite rotovaps, retorts, and short path kits.

We are certainly not a “microdistillery” based on our annual product output. I figured we are producing at 2-3 orders of magnitude less than some of the well known craft distilleries out there, so being a “nanodistillery” seems to describe us well! Our team here is a PhD organic chemist, a city-turned-farm girl, an amazing glassblower, and a few special guests from the region.
